Welcome to Wildwood Equestrian! Having my own horse business has been a lifelong dream of mine. My family has always been very involved with horses and 3-Day Eventing in B.C. which allowed me to grow up riding and competing. I became a member of Pony Club at just 6 years old and went on to achieve my full B level and theory A level. During high-school, I was lucky enough to spend my summers as a working student for Lynne Larsen, an accomplished level 4 Eventing Coach. After graduation, I continued as a working student for several years, traveling throughout B.C. , Washington, and California while working for and gaining skills from multiple coaches, including B.C. Young Riders head coach, Maeve Drew, and Matthew Brown, a top level event rider in the U.S.A.  Matt was instrumental in my interest and experience with the importance of groundwork and understanding how horses learn. For the past several years, I’ve enjoyed refining my training skills in starting young horses, adding the finishing touches, and preparing them for showing - all in a safe and positive way.
